Barbara Blumenthal), from Western Mass./Southern Vermont.
XOPO, an annual favorite at AOS, will present a lively
and varied program of Balkan dance music.

Workshop with guest teacher, Tom Roby. Tom will spend part of the evening
calling English Country Dances and part of the evening
leading favorite Balkan dances. The program will interest
dancers at all experience levels. No partner necessary.
Tom is an encyclopedic source of dance knowledge and a
delightful teacher. We're very fortunate to have him in
Connecticut now.

Dance Party with
music by Družina (Melinda, Goga, Helen, Rumiana, and
Joe) and the Harris Brothers' Band (Helen, Melinda, and

Bulgarian accordionist, Ivan Milev, will be joining Družina for
this performance. Don't miss it!

Dance Party with music by the Tom Pixton Trio (Tom and Barbara Pixton with Dean
Brown). Tom and company have entertained us countless
times. Expect a lively and varied program of
international dances.

Note: Prior to the June 15 dance, we will have a potluck

with your name and what you will bring. We'll send you
